Summary of the transaction
John was an Air Force member stationed at Hurlburt Field who needed to sell his home in Holly by the Sea before a PCS move. He had seen an Uber Realty sign on a lot for sale in his neighborhood and reached out to learn more. We met for lunch, and he had honest questions: if the commission is lower, what's the catch?
There is no catch. We walked through exactly how Uber Realty's model works, what sellers actually pay, and what they get. After about an hour, John had the full picture and decided to move forward.
The home sold quickly. John kept more money from the sale than he would have under a traditional commission structure. He was satisfied enough that he personally recommended Uber Realty to several members of his squadron.
